Now we offer you the same COST PLUS BUILDING opportunities with mid-range
priced homes.
What is COST PLUS BUILDING ? 2. We work directly with You on Your Home Design, not a builder model. 3. We build Your home with Your ideas, not ours. 4. You can make changes at any time during construction with NO penalty fees or administrative fees added to the cost of building. 5. You pay the cost of Materials and Labor, PLUS a 20% - Supervision and Administration Fee. 6. You are provided an account listing on a regular basis of every invoice and check that we write on your behalf. A job folder with all of your invoices is available at all times. 7. You
have the benefit of building Your Custom Home, making Your decisions,
decisions that benefit You, not the Builder.
You
only have to make one price decision - one time! Is the price that
my Builder is charging me for the use of his contractors license and
for his expertise reasonable for the Services he is providing?
We
deal with all Subcontractors, Subcontractor Licenses and Insurance,
Subcontractor and Suppliers Scheduling, County Zoning Compliance,
County Plans Examination, Septic Permit Applications, Florida State
Building Code, County Building Inspections and all other Compliance
Issues.
